Meet Dr. Zhihui

Dr. Zhihui Wang – Board-Certified Biological Orthodontist

Dr. Zhihui Wang is a board-certified orthodontist and orofacial pain specialist with advanced training in dentofacial orthopedics, TMJ disorders, and airway-focused orthodontics. He completed his orthodontic residency and Master of Science at the Eastman Institute for Oral Health, University of Rochester, and holds dual board certifications in Orthodontics and Orofacial Pain.

As a biological orthodontist, Dr. Wang focuses on more than straight teeth — he evaluates airway health, jaw development, facial balance, and long-term function to support whole-body wellness. His clinical background includes extensive experience with temporomandibular joint disorders, pediatric growth patterns, and complex orthodontic cases.

Alongside Dr. Sachin Karande, Dr. Wang is helping transform the way families in Stafford, Virginia experience dental care. Together, they are building a model that blends biological dentistry, growth-guided orthodontics, and compassionate education — empowering parents to make confident, informed decisions for their children’s health.

Dr. Wang especially loves working with kids and believes early intervention can change a child’s life. His calm, gentle approach makes even the most nervous young patients feel comfortable and excited about their smile journey.

Outside of the office, Dr. Wang enjoys running marathons, hiking, cycling, mountaineering, and discovering great food. He is fluent in English and Mandarin and brings his commitment to health, balance, and lifelong wellness into every patient relationship.
